Despite their culinary success, Chicara Cantina faced challenges with their branding and marketing efforts. Their previous branding was inconsistent, with varying voices in their marketing language and visuals that lacked the refinement to match their high-quality offerings.

The challenge

Chicara Cantina, celebrated for its bold flavors, struggled with significant branding obstacles. Despite their culinary excellence, the restaurant's marketing and branding lacked cohesion. The marketing language fluctuated between different tones, and the visual identity lacked the sophistication and coherence necessary to reflect the restaurant's elevated aesthetic.
